Appointment & Deposit Policy Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit. Remaining balance is due by the time of your appointment via invoice, card, or approved payment platform. This policy ensures respectful use of both our time and allows me to continue providing high-quality, focused care.
