Hi, I’m Christian Greenfield.
I’m a Patient Care Advocate and the CEO & Founder of In Sickness, Health & Wealth. But more than that, I’m someone who truly understands what it feels like to be overwhelmed by the healthcare system—because I’ve lived it.
My journey into advocacy started back in 2002, when a loved one suddenly faced a medical crisis. At the same time, I was dealing with my own health battle—Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)—all while raising two young children on my own and relying on Medicaid. I was thrown into a system that felt cold, complicated, and nearly impossible to navigate. I remember the frustration, the fear, and the feeling of being completely alone.
My Journey
That chapter of my life changed everything. It sparked a deep passion in me to make sure no one else has to face their health journey without support.
Since then, I’ve dedicated over a decade to helping others find their voice in healthcare. I’ve worked as a Patient Care Consultant, healthcare coach, and licensed Advanced Care Planner—partnering with top healthcare organizations and government agencies. I also earned my degree in Health and Human Services from Arizona State University, with additional training at Trinity Washington University.
